Exploring DeAI, Agents, and Trust: Supermoon & Peanut Trade’s Investing in AI Summit at DevCon 2024

On November 12th, we hosted the Investing in AI Summit in collaboration with Peanut Trade during DevCon 2024 in Bangkok, where over 600 founders, builders, and investors joined us to explore the ever-evolving world of decentralized AI (DeAI). The summit featured captivating discussions, actionable insights, and a stellar lineup of speakers, including leaders from Dragonfly, Pantera Capital, Supermoon Ventures, Techstars, Bankless Ventures, Filecoin Foundation, and Borderless.

The event built on the momentum of our previous panels and Speed Dating sessions, with topics covering "DeAI & Censorship: Breaking Free From The Big Tech" and "DeAI Realities: What VCs Are Looking For and How to Succeed." These conversations sparked innovative ideas, helping attendees uncover opportunities and strategies for navigating emerging markets and decentralized AI.

What made this summit truly special was its venue—on the 29th floor with breathtaking 360-degree views of Bangkok, a perfect setting for sparking collaboration and inspiration. Thanks to the support of our partners—Peanut Trade, Mind Network, Bitte Protocol, Units.Network, Techstars, GLIF, Supermoon Ventures, DoraHacks, Borderless, and Cointelegraph—this event not only connected participants with new funding opportunities but also strengthened the DeAI community.

Reflecting on the discussions, we’re excited by the potential of DeAI and AI agents to transform industries while recognizing the challenges of decentralization, such as scaling and maintaining trust. These insights underscore the importance of fostering a strong community as we push the boundaries of what’s possible in decentralized AI..

We’re excited about the road ahead—our next stop takes us back to NYC, where we’re hosting a residency with the ETH Foundation and launching a DeAI Building Bootcamp in partnership with BUILD CITY and Venture Miner Academy.
